Coaching Supervision
A reflective space to support your growth, practice and wellbeing as a coach
What is Coaching Supervision?
Coaching supervision is a collaborative and reflective partnership that supports both you and your coaching practice.
It provides a space to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on your work and continue developing as a coach.
Developing Your Practice
Exploring your coaching practice, developing new perspectives, increasing self-awareness and deepening your learning.
Ethical and Professional Practice
Reflecting on ethics, boundaries, contracting, accountability and the responsibilities that come with coaching others.
Sustaining Yourself as a Coach
Considering the emotional impact of the work, supporting your wellbeing and maintaining your capacity to be fully present for your clients.
Together, these developmental, ethical and restorative aspects of supervision help us notice what might otherwise remain unseen, enabling us to work more effectively, ethically and intentionally.
My Approach
I offer a calm, reflective and psychologically informed space where coaches can step back from the day-to-day, think more deeply about their practice and explore the opportunities and challenges they are encountering in their work.
Drawing on coaching psychology, positive psychology and a range of effective supervision models and approaches, I combine warmth, curiosity and thoughtful challenge to support both professional development and personal growth. My role is to help you notice what might otherwise remain unseen, broaden your perspective and deepen your confidence in your own thinking and practice.
Supervision offers an opportunity not only to reflect on what you do as a coach, but also to consider who you are becoming.
